Quick house fitting

The LED textile box structure is mounted very quickly. These are composed of:

– The frame of the cassette consists of 4 aluminum bars (Lxl), arranged perimeter, these being fixed to each other by four metal corners and screws;

– The back of the frame. Depending on the size, it may be composed of one or more plates, forming the inside wall of the cassette to which the LED modules will be mounted;

– LED illumination. The LED modules are placed repetitive to provide uniform illumination; Also inside the box will be the LED transformer.

– Textile print. Once the box is mounted, we will mount the fabric gently, perimetrically. It comes with a silicone band, perimeter sewn, which will fit into the canal, perfectly fit and offer a nice image without creases or joints;

– Base. Depending on the dimensions, the base feet can be positioned on the profile casing or can be mounted by tapping at the bottom of the profile.

Full-colour printed fabric (textile)

The customization of the houses is done with colored printing on a translucent textile backlit, which allows it to be illuminated from the inside. Textile can be easily detached from the frame and replaced with another one in just a few minutes without a few or special knowledge. It can also be washed at a max. 30 degrees and bleached detergent. The textile print is waterproof, wrinkled, fade, flame retardant and not desirable. The textile print is matte and does not reflect light.

Size is not a problem

Textile and frame are custom-made, made of aluminum profile and special accessories. These can be produced at any size, but one side is recommended not to exceed 3.2 m (the maximum of the textile roll to be a one-piece printer)

Interior lighting

Unlike clasic exhibition displays like Textile Popups and Totems, which can be illuminated from the outside using projectors, the textile box comes with interior lighting, which is the greatest visual and practical advantage. Having the lighting and all the accessories inside, just plug the cable into the socket. This provides clear visibility without any external accessories that can influence its image.
