Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, but also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help us detect spam.

An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email addresses can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible next to your comment.

Mediate
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that have embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the website.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill them in again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be valid for one year.

If you go to our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is deleted when you close the browser.

When you log in, we’ll also set some cookies to save your login information and screen display options. Authentication cookies are kept for two days and those for display options are kept for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login cookies will be kept for two weeks. For users (if any) who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
